GREETINGS HUDSON WOODS RESIDENTS!
WELCOME NEW RESIDENTS!

The Board of Directors has been working through virtual meetings in
accordance with safety guidelines since the beginning of the pandemic
We were saddened that Shirley Crute, our longtime Treasurer, a hard
worker and genial member, neighbor and friend, passed in 2020.
She will be missed 

We currently have seven members: Valerie Swan, President; Jeanne
Byrne, Treasurer; Amy Wolfthal, Secretary; Chris Adams; Pat
Pettinato; Paul Kless; and Susan Johnson, who returned as of March 9,
20210 The Board of Directors is comprised of resident owners like
yourselves, who volunteer their time to oversee the business of our
Co-operative. No Board member is paid for their time, research,
oversight or expertise,


KNOW YOUR COMMUNITY

Hudson Woods Estates is owned by Amberlands Owners Inc. which is a
co-operative consisting of five buildings on Scenic Drive. Buildings
12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 have a total of 120 units, comprised of 25
Studios, 58 One Bedrooms, and 37 Two Bedrooms.

While our addresses are in the Village of Croton on Hudson, 10520, our
real estate and school taxes are paid to the Town of Cortlandt.
Hendrick Hudson School District educates our children. The Hendrick
Hudson Free Library is where you get your library card, although the
entire Westchester Library System is open to you.

The parks of Cortlandt are yours to enjoy, The County and Village
parks in Croton on Hudson have different fees, and rules for access,
Some of Croton on Hudson's parks are for Croton residents only.
Croton Landing is free to all. It is best to check their websites.
